Looking for a job? Come join the ESC Partners family
March 06, 2026
There’s not a moment of any single day for any one of us in this world that isn’t defined by a working (or not working) utility or public works element, and that’s why, at ESC, we’re so very proud to be a foundational part of that global community ecosystem. We help make people’s everyday moments happen. We help build and maintain the network that enables daily work and daily lives.
Today, all of that vitally necessary utility and public works hardware is controlled with—and made more efficient by—lots of smart software and the growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) model. And that’s where ESC comes in.
That’s where you can come in, too. Got experience with Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS), Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), or Oracle ERP/EPM? Then keep us in mind as the possible next step in your software career.
Currently, we’re looking for:
- project managers with Oracle CCS/CC&B experience (US): guide Oracle Utilities CCS/CC&B implementations end-to-end from coordination to utility client care.
- designer/developers (India/Philippines): lead solution design & implementation of Oracle Utilities software across projects.
- techno-functional architects (US/India/Philippines): convert Oracle Utilities software design specs into working programs for utility clients.
- conversion development leads (India/Philippines): propose & lead data conversion strategy, including data mapping for Oracle Utilities software implementations.
- technical leads (India/Philippines): design, build, test, & deploy Oracle Utilities software.
